We are very sorry that our email server has overflowed near the proceedings deadline, and emails have bounced (in which case, error messages will have returned). This problem has now been solved.
We ask those of you who have not received our replies to their submission emails sent between July 18 and July 22 to please re-send us your manuscript by no later than 17:00 JST (Japan Standard Time) on Thursday, July 24, 2014 (8:00 on July 24, GMT).
